In 2008, designer / developer Christian Rushing engaged Elemi to help document his preliminary designs for three single-family homes. These homes front Jefferson Park on Madison Street in the Jefferson Heights neighborhood. The unit types consist of three variations of a 1500 square foot, two-bedroom, two and one-half bath layout. Elemi Architects collaborated closely with Christian to develop the unit layouts, meet the codes, and detail specific unique assemblies in each structure. The homes were completed in early 2009. These homes have been featured on the “Eco Expo tour of green living” .
