In 2014, Elemi was tasked to renovate an existing warehouse building as a bar/restaurant that would serve as the centerpiece element to his redevelopment of Chestnut Street as a new destination district for Chattanooga. The most significant architectural intervention created for the project is the dynamic 2-story front porch added to the facade to provide a welcoming entry facing the street. The building contains a bar, restaurant, bowling alley, gaming tables, and an exterior lawn with a fire pit. This portion of Chestnut Street has seen a significant increase in activity and is now a weekend destination for Chattanoogans as a result of this successful intervention.
