Terry Cannon engaged Elemi in the fall of 2006 to design shell commercial condominium and tenant spaces within a collection of warehouse structures. Elemi helped navigate commercial codes and

requirements to build shell spaces within the

existing structures.

The program included a large event space and Terry Cannon’s studio. This project was fast-tracked through a design / build process and became

available for lease in summer 2007. The event

space has been furnished with Terry’s art and has been a successful venue for several arts and

entertainment events.
