In 2006, a group of four partners contacted Elemi Architects to help design a multi-family project in the Northshore area. The process involved multiple opinions, spouses, and community presentations. The project offers three (3) distinct unit types and a total of six (6) units in phase one. The site topography lends this design to have three-story units that take advantage of elevated views toward Stringer’s Ridge and Signal Mountain. Elemi teamed with Christian Rushing to design this unique hillside residential project. The team utilize several visualization tools to help the partners envision the final product, including: Google Sketch-Up, Revit, and time tested ink on mylar. Collier Construction completed the project in 2010.
