Ken Pritchard engaged Elemi in February 2008, to design the adaptive re-use of this historic warehouse on Main Street. Ken approached Elemi with a lofty goal to meet net zero energy consumption. Elemi has begun discussions with EPB and TVA to potentially establish an energy generation partnership that could mutually benefit all parties.

Camdelle Court was recently featured on the “Tour of Downtown Living” and is generating a large amount of interest.
